We've had our first batch of Basic Commercial Bread Bakery last April 26-27 and it was
a success. The students enjoyed it and wanted more knowledge on commercial breads. You too as beginners, enthusiasts and professionals in the bakery industry is most welcome to attend the advance class. U.S. Wheat Associate along with Well Done Ovens supported the event.Make reservations!
