To all the students who enrolled at BPA's first week short courses, thank you and I hope that you continue to learn and apply all the methods and fundamentals of baking. It will be okay to sometimes have unsuccessful baked end-products, the most important thing is for you to realize your mistakes so you can make it better the next time.
