180 -250 GRAMS your store-bought CAKE SPONGE OR CAKE SLICE, CRUMBLED FINELY-COARSE
FOR THE CHOCOLATE CUSTARD:
2 CUPS SOY OR WHOLE MILK
1/2 CUP WHTE SUGAR
1/2 T COFFEE POWDER
4 EGG YOLKS
1/2 CUP SUGAR
PINCH SALT
1/4 CUP CORNSTARCH
1 T COCOA POWDER
2 T BUTTER
1 t vanilla
50 g dark chocolate,sliced
Topping:
1 cup powdered whipped cream
1 -1 1/2 cups cold water
Dusting:
1 T cocoa powder
