Oct. 1 FRIDAY – Basic Fondant Cake-P1500-Learn how to make butter cake, syrup to flavor your cake, Rolled Fondant, Create a 1- tier fondant cake with borders and flowers.

Oct. 2 SATURDAY- Gumpaste Artistry –P1999-Learn how to make objects, Novelty Cake Toppers, Easy to make flowers ,and accents to add beauty to your fondant celebrations cakes.

Oct. 5 TUESDAY – Ways with Empanada- P1750-Chicken Pot Pie, Vegetable Quiche, Mango Pocket Pie, Marshmallow Hazelnut Pie, Whole Wheat Vegan Empanada

Oct. 6 WEDNESDAY- Basic Fondant Cake- P1500-Learn how to make butter cake, syrup to flavor your cake, Rolled Fondant, Create a 1- tier fondant cake with borders and flowers.

Oct. 7 THURSDAY – Basic Cake Decoration-( Take Home your decorated cake) P1500-Learn to make Chiffon Cake variation: Choco, Vanilla, Ube, Mocha Creamy Butter Icing and Decorate your own cake.

Oct. 9 SATURDAY – DAY 1 OF BAKERY ENTREPRENEURSHIP BATCH 4 (Prerequisite TO Days 2,3 and 4 of October 2010) Learn the technology in Bakery Business: Fundamentals on Cookies:Butter Cookies,Choco Crinkles, Macaroons, Choco Chip Cookies, Shortbread.(day1)
