Love Month: Turmeric Lagundi Leche Flan

Turmeric and Lagundi Leche Flan. February is love month. This week's recipe is a lean version of Leche Flan. In french - Creme Brulee that which has high amount of whole cream and eggs and finished off with torched sugar on top. This recipe depicts a lean indulgence for people with special diets and still want to have dessert. Year 2017 is a year of transparency and healthy eating. Turmeric and Lagundi are usually consumed by some as a beverage and classical international dishes uses turmeric as spice. Lagundi and turmeric as some research says it has several health benefits for the body, mind and soul. Taking it to the next level by using it in baking.
