Bakery Entrepreneurship I – is a four day program that covers know – how on how to start up a bakery business especially to aspiring entrepreneurs young, retirees local & employees, single parents, undergraduate & even housewives. This course includes lecture, basic costing (1 recipe), hands – on experience, apron & hand – outs. It teaches the Science & Art of baking. From cookie technology, to brownies & pies, to cake technology & bread technology. Learn the fundamentals and have the best foundation in baking & pastry arts.
Batch 27 ( 9am – 6pm) Two Saturdays - Aug. 18 & 25, 2012 - P7,000
