One of the most commonly baked and tried by homemakers is the classic chocolate chip cookie. I remember making my first batch of this cookie. There are several ways to make a good chocolate chip cookie especially if using an ordinary desktop oven compared to using a real oven. This aims to help you start from baking at home using a small oven. Then you may invest in buying a large oven for business use. I always encourage students to initially learn baking by hand, this is better , you will have a full understanding of composition and texture of what you are making and most of all develop patience. If you can make a cookie then you can make a layered wedding cakes, showpieces, start small and you will one day be a master of your own chosen product.
