The climb of Filipino Desserts globally. Yes, it started from pinoy (Filipino) version of Adobo's fame, to Halo-Halo, to Lechon and many more favorites. It brings me back to childhood whenever I make Filipino desserts. The aroma of coconut , combined with Pandan flavor, some uses vanilla or almond flavors.
