Creamy Cuchinta Dessert- Buco Pandan

Practice making Cuchinta, Buco Pandan flavor is mostly common in asian countries like our very own -Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia . Combining it with coconut is a classic duo. Cuchinta is steamed tapioca pudding sweetened with sugar, I added pandan puree to this component and layered under is coconut mousse. Topped with chocolate cigarette wafer.
