PANDAN YOGURT CRUMBLE CAKE

It is in the retro days of 1970's when icebox or refrigerator cakes first sprouted. This cake is usually assembled on a container or vessel for its delicate structure of using sweetened half-and-half cream ,layered with graham cookies, and unflavored gelatin. Yogurt naturally adds a  tangy, fruity and silky texture to the dessert. The Pandan flan made of unflavored gelatin bloomed in pandan water added with salt and sugar, green food color, added a hint of white coloring to soften then green shade to a pastel green. It is possible to make it without the container, icebox or refrigerator cakes, always practice:)
