Cross Section Diagram for this cake was completely
unappetizing by appearance. Incorporating the vegetable into the cream cheese filling
is possible however end-product wise it looked inappropriate and so close to
looking like cheese sandwich. Used sponge cake instead of the classic dense
textured fortified with so much fat carrot spiced cake. Sponge cakes can withhold classic Italian
Buttercreams as frosting for this cake. Toffee Spiced Streussel for the topping. Definitely a redo!
